The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization working in the field of sexual and reproductive health information and services. It has six Regional Offices worldwide. The Africa Regional Office is based in Nairobi, Kenya while the international secretariat is in London, UK.

The IPPF Africa Regional Office is currently seeking an experienced consultant with expertise in designing a ToC to lead a one-day training for IPPFARO staff on Theories of Change and their applications in SRHR strategy and project development. 

The consultant is expected to have experience in developing and using the Theory of Change model to develop operational strategies and project proposals. It is desirable that they also have a good understanding of issues relating to SRHR. Building upon this experience, the consultant will be responsible for developing and leading the one-day training, in close coordination with the IPPFARO External Relations, Advocacy and Communications team.
