The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization working in the field of sexual and reproductive health information and services. It has six Regional Offices worldwide. The Africa Regional Office is based in Nairobi, Kenya while the international secretariat is in London, UK.

The IPPF Africa Regional Office is seeking an individual to fill the position of Project Advisor – Frontiers in SRHR. The post holder, through an efficient and effective project management, is responsible for ensuring the achievement of the Packard-funded project: Frontiers in SRHR Access for Women and Youth: Self-Care and Digital Health.

Amongst other key tasks, the postholder will oversee the implementation of the project according to the project design, the implementation, monitoring, and reporting plans and in line with existing best practices and IPPFAR policies/procedures, co-ordinate the overall project, including, grant management, reporting, donor compliance, project documentation, monitoring, and evaluation, designing and maintaining effective data collection systems and sharing best practice

S/he will contribute to resource mobilization efforts, develop project proposals and budgets, and oversee and contribute to project reporting, in order to ensure the production of quality and timely funding proposals, donor reports, and other external communication materials.
