The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is the world’s largest non-governmental organization working in the field of sexual and reproductive health information and services.  It has six Regional Offices worldwide. The Africa Regional office is based in Nairobi, Kenya while the international secretariat is in London, UK.

IPPF Africa Regional Office is seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the position of Head of Operations.

The individual will lead and ensure that Operations (comprising IPPF Africa Regional Office (IPPFARO) Finance, Procurement, and Information Technology (with dotted line on HR and Administration) are in line with IPPF’s Strategic Framework and supports a high performing, accountable and united Federation. The individual will also be responsible for developing and ensuring implementation and compliance of procedures and policies for operational efficiency, among other tasks.
