POLICY FRAMWORK

Following a memorandum of understanding signed by the African Union ( AU) and the Africa Division of the United Nations Population Fund ( UNFPA ) the International Planned Parenthood Federation - Africa Region ( IPPFAR) , latter has since 2003 been running initiative whose primary objective is to make issues of sexual reproductive health more visible within the NEPAD Programme of action.
