The Africa Regional office is the sole judge in the selection of the bidders in accordance with the following criteria:  

• Delivery of goods and services on time.
• Good and Services of high quality.
• Flexibility (ability to provide goods and services at short notice in unforeseen circumstances).
• Proven experience in the supply of goods and services sought.
• Competitiveness in prices.
• Satisfactory reference checks.
