Mrs. Roseline Kuritaa Toweh (48) a Liberian, is the Treasurer of IPPF Africa Region Executive Committee and a Member of IPPF Governing Council.  Currently, she is the Executive Director of YWCA in Liberia. Mrs. Toweh worked in various capacities for public works from 1986 to 2000 as Account Technician, Project Accountant, Budget and Imprest Fund Accountant.

Mrs. Toweh has been in leadership positions in Family Planning Association of Liberia (FPAL).  From 1985-1988, she was the Chairperson of Programme Committee at FPAL.  After completing her term, she moved on to chair the National Women Advisory Panel from 1996 to 2000 before taking up the acting Chaplin of the FPAL Executive Committee for one year. She became the Honorable Treasurer of FPAL in 2001 and has remained in that position up to now. She is also a member of the Red Cross Monrovia Branch.
