IPPFARO’s core business is to provide technical support which will result in a strong, effective and sustainable network of affiliates that will make a significant contribution to improving sexual and reproductive health in sub-Saharan Africa. This involves providing support to Member Associations in the region to increase their capacity to deliver and sustain high quality, youth focused and gender sensitive services

 This manual provides useful information and serves as reference material that can be used by Member Associations to orient new staff and refresh their knowledge of the IPPFAR policies, procedures and systems.
