This report is a compilation of papers presented during the 2006 Dissemination Forum. IPPFAR hopes it will serve both as a record of all the presented papers, as well as an inspiration for more projects to come in the federation and by other stakeholders. Lastly, IPPFAR wishes for the recommendations on the way forward to guide the federation into a future of increased empirical knowledge of the important work it offers regional communities
